Do we really need five water agencies for the Hollister area? Not counting the City of San Juan Bautista Water Department, the Tres Pinos County Water District, the Aromas Water District and a host of private mutual water companies?
Thank you for electing me to the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District, I will do everything I can to encourage the consolidation of these bureaucracies.
